Kamille Trillanes-Rosales is currently the Biodiversity Finance Analyst supporting the new BIOFIN countries. She is a licensed Agriculturist with over a decade of experience in biodiversity finance. As a Project Officer for UNDP’s Biodiversity Finance Initiative (BIOFIN) in the Philippines, she leads the implementation of finance solutions that drive investments in biodiversity conservation and leads the overall operations management of the project.
Her expertise spans financial management, policy planning, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring that biodiversity finance strategies are effectively integrated into government and private sector programs. She holds a BSc in Agriculture from the University of the Philippines and has completed academic requirements for a Master’s in Public Administration.
