Onat Ülker joins BIOFIN as a Project Management Associate, bringing experience in development finance, project and change coordination, as well as digital performance monitoring. He supports the global implementation of BIOFIN, focusing on project and knowledge management, financial oversight, and portfolio monitoring across countries in over three continents.
Prior to this, he contributed to supply chain operations and digital transformation at UNHCR and held roles in corporate governance and ESG research in the private sector for Europe and the Middle East. Onat holds an MA in International Economic Relations and Finance. Outside of work, he is a professional swimmer, enjoys writing and urban dance, and has a keen interest in space and AI.
