Özlem Culhaci has rejoined the Nature Hub/BIOFIN Global Team as a Project Analyst, bringing more than 10 years of professional experience in international organizations, with a strong background in operations. In her new role, she will lead the team’s Human Resources management and Procurement processes, while also providing support on Digital, AI, and Innovation initiatives.
Previously, Özlem worked as a Project Associate for BIOFIN, where she supported the team’s operational management. Her responsibilities included coordinating the efficient recruitment of over 60 positions, organizing sessions during global events, and contributing to donor reports in her capacity as the team’s Gender Focal Point.
Before joining UNDP, she worked with several other UN agencies, including UNIDO and IOM, as well as with the Integration Unit of the Austrian Foreign Ministry.
Özlem holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Political Science from the University of Vienna.
